I have worked as an accountant at the Jones Corporation for six months. My duties include filing, managing diary appointments for the company directors and answering both telephone and e-mail inquiries. In addition to these duties, I have recently begun administering company invoices and have been dealing not only with ingoing and outgoing payments, but also with clients on a daily basis.

I graduated from the University of Belfast with a diploma in hospitality and worked for several years at the Devon Hotel, first as a waitress and later as the head receptionist.

I am interested in furthering my experience and professional development, and I feel the opportunity of working as your Personal Assistant would be ideal for me at this time. I feel I would be a valuable asset to your company as I am highly motivated, a rapid learner and have excellent organisational skills.
